We’ll begin, as any great gin tour should, with a glass of G&T in hand. After a lesson in Hydro history and all things gin, the tour will move on to our gin distillery where you’ll see our 150l copper still ‘Felicity’ – making up to 220 bottles each day – and taste a few of our favourite 1881 Gins.
